At Palmer, we augment our internal quality assurance process with inspections and certifications by outside agencies. A warehouse industry leader in 1994, we have maintained ISO 9002 certification with periodic audits. Our daily sanitation program is supported by quarterly inspections from the American Institute of Baking (AIB), and our safety program is endorsed by consulting specialists. Ongoing assessment by these outside groups is critical because it provides the impartial quality assurance check that ensures we can deliver on our commitment to quality.
